Syncro keeps 12% of each sale on Free and 8% on Pro. On a ₹1,000 sale that’s ₹120 on Free or ₹80 on Pro.

Yes, from Settings → Plan. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free.
